Our Services

Understanding that Veteran’s are all at different stages of their journey my aim is to take all of the stress out of the DVA claims process for you.

My service guaranty includes:

  • Assisting in identifying conditions linked to ADF service either through medical evidence, meeting a relevant SOP factor or a combination of both.
  • Linking you with DVA conversant treating medical specialists with the possibility of telehealth calls Australia wide.
  • Reviewing and lodging the claim on your behalf and conducting all liaison with DVA ensuring that the claim is processed in a timely manner whilst keeping you up to date throughout the whole process
  • Advising you on the available options during the Needs Assessment process.
  • Explaining the Medical Impairment Assessment and how the impairment points are allocated.
  • On completion of the Permanent Impairment process I will check that the impairment points have been calculated correctly and also ensure any compensation has been calculated at the correct rate and with the correct formulas. If requested, guidance and advice on a long-term plan, including the exploration of a return-to-work plan, incapacity payments and any potential reassessments may be provided.
